Eytan advises on all aspects of Canadian and international income tax planning for corporate reorganizations, cross-border investment strategies, trusts and estates, emigration and immigration, mergers and acquisitions and real estate investments. He is consulted by businesses, high-net-worth individuals and family offices on structuring non-resident investment into Canada and outbound investment into foreign jurisdictions.
Eytan founded Dishy Law after trading in a promising Bay Street career to focus on what matters to him most - providing creative and tailored tax solutions to individuals and businesses. Clients value his sharp tax expertise, navigating risks, and optimizing returns with a keen eye for business dynamics.

Eytan received his joint joint JD/MBA degree from Osgoode Hall and the Schulich School of Business. He has co-authored a book chapter on tax planning for estates for LexisNexis and has been featured in the Canadian Tax Journal.
He advises family offices and high-net worth individuals, family businesses and real estate investors.
